TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you agree to the following:Do not run my art through AI of any kind!•My work is for private use only: Work is unauthorized for commercial use unless signed and agreed upon at the beginning of the commission process.•As the artist I maintain the original rights to the artwork: I am allowed to use work on social media, portfolios, or other projects unless specifically requested by the commissioner.•Work cannot be edited, copied, or tampered with: Watermark must stay intact on the artwork at all times, you cannot claim artwork as your own and must be credited accordingly when posted online.
If you'd like to edit it please run it by me first, but AI ALTERATIONS NOT PERMITTED.•Payment details and commission process.•Forms of accepted payment: Paypal/Venmo•Commissions can be rejected: I am not obligated to take a commission if it makes me uncomfortable based on the subject matter, message, or overall themes.•Most payments is due in full after sketch approval: I have the right to withhold the commission’s progress until payment is paid or payment plans are discussed and agreed on by both parties.
**Commissions 200 usd or more can be split into two or three payments if discussed prior to commission. Final payment must be fulfilled before completion of the piece.• Commission editing guidelines: Edits are able to happen during the sketching phase. Once the line art and coloring are started. edits will have a fee depending on complexity, between $5-10 dollars per edit. Edits can be discussed and accommodations can be made.• Turn around time: Commissions will vary on completion, most commissions will be completed under a month with consistent updates depending on complexity. I want the project to be the best as it can, if a piece needs a deadline that can be discusses and prioritized with potential additional charge.• Refunds: Full refunds will only be given if the piece has not been started within 90 days or I cannot complete it for other circumstances. Once the commission is started there will be no full refunds.

• No refunds will be given during color/background, or if the commission is complete.
